The start of this venture in Wisconsin for us started back on January 1st as we danced our prayers for Rain. This rain is a teaching of Righteousness rain to fall. One important aspect that the Lord has kept before us is this verse;
"Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse." (Mal 4:5-6)
This verse is again picked up in Luke;
"And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." (Lk 1:17)
There are so many layers of truth about turning the hearts of the Fathers to the children. One aspect that is being seen is that this generation is bearing the brunt of the sins of our Fathers and forefathers and in particular in this country the first settlers and the Native Americans.
Another aspect is that all culture’s are having the same problem with there youth for the word DISOBEDIENT in Luke 1:17 means unpersuadable. That is there are so very few who are walking the talk these days. The family structure is so eroded today that the effects are readily seen in society.
Concerning our forefathers and specifically the breaking of the Blood Covenant that the early settlers upon the Eastern shores with the Native Americans, has had lasting consequences unto our day and age. So few believe in the power and faithfulness of our Creator when he entered into a covenant with man to be able to fulfill this covenant. It is no wonder it had been broken time and time again. For even our forefathers were unpersuaded in the power and faithfulness of God to keep and guarantee that which He said He shall do and would do.
“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;” ( Heb 10:16)
Notice how many time God mentions what He shall do and were it is mentioned you shall do ?
THE STORM AND PASSOVER
On April 4th Paul Kyle and myself went to the Red Cliff Rez to explain what we would like to bring to the Bingo Hall on the Rez concerning a gift of music and dance through the story of the answer to the cry of the heart. At the time it was unknown to us what the next steps would be as even the weather prevented us from being able to see more than a quarter mile ahead. Ironically this was the time of Passover on the calender. This year is also the 400th year anniversary of the founding of Jamestown and many Native Christians see this as the sign of the there coming out of bondage after 400 years just as also Israel was set in there bondage to Egypt and came out of bondage on Passover.
"And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;
And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance." (Gen 15:13-14)
“Now the sojourning of the children of Israel, who dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
And it came to pass at the end of the four hundred and thirty years, even the selfsame day it came to pass, that all the hosts of the LORD went out from the land of Egypt.”( Exo 12:40-41)
After this visit the Lord began to unfold more of the way we were to take. A friend of our from the Duluth area said, on the following weekend, herself and a friend from the Washburn area felt led to go to the Island and pray what the Lord desired as they drove about the island. Then we also found out through my cousin that there was a group from Gapnow who were going to blow the shofars over the Island according to the what a prophet spoke;

I am calling for an expedition. For this has been a State that was founded, this Land, was founded by an expedition said the Lord. And I say I’m sending you to the Apostle Island to release the Apostolic Wind that will GO across this nation. For My winds have been held up there and even now the next two years the war over the apostolic anointing throughout this land will determine the course of the nation. So I say I would call for an expedition to go to the Apostolic Islands and release the wind that will change the course of this land. I say I am going to re-route My people and My presence back through the water-ways that have founded the course of the land. I say where the Wisconsin River and the Mississippi River intersect there I will begin to call, and you will call on me, and that is where my provision will be released in a new way. I say at that place I will have a worship gathering that will cause the release of the sound of the river to flood this end time nation. I would also say this is a time where Green Bay will come upon the end time radar of this nation. So I say to you surround and see how the wall is being built in Green Bay. For Green Bay is the entryway said the Lord. So I say to you I am calling for an expedition. The Apostolic Islands where the wind will be released. The Prairie Du Chien where I will sound the worship that will release the river throughout this land that will cause this land not to be divided, said the Lord. And I say I will also build a wall around Green Bay for it is a vulnerable entryway point into this land. So I say to you let the shield of faith be blown in Green Bay. Let the wind be blown from the Apostolic Islands and let the rivers of God intersect. And I say when you worship decree everything that has not been complete in my plan to arise in the finishing touch of my hand. Touch this land said the Lord.
Well we went to the Island and they blew the shofar”s. You could feel the anointing and purpose at this time. On our way from our house to the Island a storm was forming and traveled eastward. It was still over the mainland when the blowing started. After the blowing there was some loud claps of thunder. Billie Jo said she was working at the Bank in town I think Washburn and said the lights flickered. Then a feather appeared at the feet of the leader of this group from Green Bay, some say it is an angel feather ? After this the Lord led me to sing a song with the drum on behalf of our people the Anishinabe people. Then the rains came.
SIGNS
What I want to share is many of the signs, that the Lord has revealed as a witness of what was done in accordance with His will.
The first is the date. The number 21 in usage through out scripture shows forth the exceeding sinfulness of sin. It also holds the meaning of 3 x 7. 7 being rest, Sabbath, and 3 divine completeness. The rest of divine completeness cannot come in until the cup of iniquity is full for it is then when it reaches its full measure that the Lord says “Thus far and no farther.”And as such we see the purpose of this group coming to the Apostle Islands decreeing certain things for the state of Wisconsin which could be summed up as the ending of the exceeding sinfulness of sin.
There was prophesied also a release of the wind;

This Apostolic wind or we should correctly call it Gods Sent Ones Wind, which is what the word Apostle means, sent one, is being released. The wind many times represents the moving of His Spirit; as the words in Hebrew, spirit and wind , are identical. For these sent ones are the Eagle Saints. that is they are as Eagle’s who soars upon the current of the wind so are these saints also only soaring where the current of the winds do blow and send them.
The whole creation is waiting NOT for the Apostolic Movement that some think is being restored as of old, but those who being one in the Son become Fathers to creation by giving forth the Seed of Life. For Gods order is that the Christ within you is the Glory TO BE REVEALED, but for now is the HOPE of glory yet to be revealed that is concealed.
“ For I consider that the sufferings of the present time are not worth being compared with the glory that is about to be revealed to us and in us!
For even the whole creation waits expectantly and longs earnestly for Gods sons to be made known - waits for the revealing, the disclosing of their sonship.” (Rom 8:19-20 Amp)
“ In my opinion whatever we may have to go through now is less than nothing compared with the magnificent future God has planned for us. The whole creation is on tiptoe to see the wonderful sight of the sons of God coming into their own. “ (Rom 8:19-20 Phillips)
All creation is waiting for God to bring forth this mature son the very embodiment of. His nature and Character. For these Sons are set free from change and decay and become the promise of what God shall also do in all His creation. For the promise was made so long ago from the very beginning.
“ Let us make man in our image, after our likeness” (Gen 1:26) Adam was not the full embodiment of Gods intention for mankind but was the starting point of His creating process to bring forth His new creation.
There was one woman in particular that was present who was with the group that came from Green Bay she was pregnant. The group from Green Bay represents the Pentecostal Church age that was ready to give birth to the Man-child, Gods Eagle Saints, His mature sons.
“and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15 And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16 And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. “ (Rev 12: 4-17)
In conjunction with this verse there is another a group of believers whom were led to pour out the “Vials” one every year that would show forth that which the Lord was doing in the earth. In October of last year the seventh vial was poured out for the year 2007.
“17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great. “(Rev 16:17 - 21)
We are ascending into the heavenlies and as such are displacing the ruling principalities and powers that have long held sway over the dwellers of the sea , the earth and the heavens until it is a reality,
“:7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
:8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven” (Rev 12:7-8)
Remember the angel feather ?
My wife had a vision on her way to work in the morning some five years ago now. In the vision she saw an army of horsemen to the North on there way to battle. She said the horses were charcoal grey in color like smoke. They were beautiful angels in armor on there way to battle as she saw them in slow motion in full gallop.
William Warren wrote of the history of the Anishinabe in the area and stated that the Anishinabe deserted the island because they felt it was haunted for there were screams that could be heard at night. This was done because of the harsh winter in which little food was available and people resorted to eating there dead. This was there prison for these spirits still caught in that realm and they needed to hear the tidings of good news as they recognized the sound of the drum, and then the song sung.
At the sound of the drum the dancers come
Moving our feet to the sound of the beat
With a prayer in our hearts the singers start
Every step in place we seek His face
Presenting all colors we dance in the round
Our hands held high our feet on the ground
We honor creator in unity
Loving all people in dignity
There needed to be release for these spirits to ascend higher as they could now relate to this song because of the ongoing processing of Him who had the keys of death and hades to release the prisoner. For me this is what the Lord spoke to my heart many will not believe it yet to me it is true.
THE RAIN
After we were through on the Island it began to rain.
The rain can be seen in a couple of ways. One it is His REIGN in us the other there is promised a former latter rain to come.
Joe 2:23 “Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.”
The “former rain” in Hebrew in this particular passage means - teacher or teaching
The word “moderately” In Hebrew means - rightness
The Youngs Literal translation reads this verse in Joel;
“ And ye sons of Zion, joy and rejoice, In Jehovah your God, For He hath given to you the Teacher for righteousness, And causeth to come down to you a shower, Sprinkling and gathered--in the beginning. “
This teacher of righteousness rain is for the purpose to bring forth the corn the wine and the oil, not the manna. For there is also a rain that must come down and those who are now ascending into the heavens are to become that rain.
I must also insert here during the worship service on friday the Lord placed upon my spirit this word “The horses shall out run the horsemen” what an odd saying I thought one you have to chew the cud over.
There was another woman there from St Croix area named Dolores and is an Ojibwe raised outside of the Rez , a Christian whom the traditionist from the tribe have turned there back on her for following the white mans religion. The neat allegory of it all is she along with us are considered to be from the bear clan who were the healers in the tribal society along with the legal guardians of the village and acted as the police who patrolled the borders of there territory, the gate keepers if you will. Now taking this into the spiritual aspects it was proper that two meaning witnesses, myself, and Dolores were there.
We were the gate keepers to the region to open the doors if you will for the native people of the land. Myself being the mixed blood represents the Blood Covenant with our Lord who has mingled His blood to ours in a bond of Covenant for the nations. Delores represents the Anishinabe people in particular. As one looks at the map of Wisconsin and sees the head of the Native American, Red Cliff is at the very top part of the head. When the Anointing oil was poured out upon the priest to consecrate them for priesthood in the Old Testament, the oil must be first poured upon the head and flow down ward and saturate the priests garments.
A song was put on my heart at the beach before pouring out the oil and the words were;
Yashua come and purify us
Through the Spirits healing light
Let the fire burn bright.
And of course right across from the beach is what? Raspberry light house. What was prayed was according to what the Lord said to ask of Him from Psalm 2:8 “Ask of Me and I give nations--thy inheritance” (YLT)
This is in line with what Peter said to the lame man, “Silver and Gold have I none but such as I have give I thee” what we have is the Blood Covenant promise to impart for the Lord tells us to ask of Him to give our inheritance to the nations for this decree is in line with His promise to Acts 2:17 “I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh:”
Further more the Lord had been speaking to me about His Blood Covenant. This Blood Covenant He has entered in with me and my wife in particular also extends upon ALL our blood relations just as much as He has entered into covenant with us, The example of this is with David and Jonathan when after the death of Saul and Jonathan it came to pass that Jonathan had as son named Mephibosheth. When David found out he was alive he treated him as his own son because of the Blood Covenant between himself and Jonathan. (2 Sam 9:1-13) This is why the Lord said to ASK HIM to give my people mine inheritance in Him.
“Is anyone infirm among you? Let him call to him the elders of the ecclesia, and let them pray over him, rubbing him with olive oil in the name of the Lord."
And the vow of faith will be saving the faltering and the Lord will be rousing him up, and, if he should have done sins, it will be forgiven him." (Jas 5:14-15)
And so the elders were present to pray over the Anishinabe nation for they are sick and He shall keep His Covenant for it is His faith in His ability to do exactly what he promises to do. Then as a further witness there was 9 people present on Raspberry Beach. 9 is the number of judgment.
So often the religious view of judgment is one of eternal torment but Gods view of judgment has always been one of restoration , correction unto rightness or righteousness.
“With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousnes” (Isa 26:9)
The proclaiming of blessing upon the Anishinabe must be realized through a different priesthood. This was through a priesthood after the order of Melchisedec. Which we who were present , whether one realizes or not are called to that order. These are they who connect heaven to earth, who bring forth blessing for the one who resides within us our Melchisedec priest. For only this priesthood is the one that has brought forth the better Covenant even the better Blood Covenant not the blood of animals. It is a priesthood of life. This is one reason why the those who came from Green Bay were not present for they still operate out of a Levitical priesthood. The Levitical priesthood keeps Gods people in bondage to a certain order of priest and laity. Priests are up here and laity down there as if the laity could not hear from God themselves.
As we came back to the vehicles after the singing and praying there was relative who was gathering water from the well. He stated all the other natural springs were drying up and only this spring remained on the Rez to give water for there ceremonies. The old wells need to dry up for “ Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled” (Mat 5:6) The old traditional wells that for many years have served as but a type and shadow of Him who is the fulfilment of that which is sought is coming. No longer shall they search for water without “But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. “ (Jn 4:16)
